Travel at its best timeHIGH SEASON COMPANY INC.

From Hamilton and the Golden Horseshoe we design sun holidays, ski weeks, cruises, rail getaways, and incentive trips across Canada and abroad. Ontario travellers often book Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico for peak windows—per industry reporting on Canadian outbound patterns—and we help you lock inventory early when demand spikes.

01 · COMPANY

High Season Company Inc.

High Season Company Inc. is an Ontario-based travel organiser focused on high-demand windows—school holidays, long weekends, Christmas markets, ski season, and summer resort peaks. We combine scheduled air, tour-operator packages, cruise FIT blocks, and custom land arrangements.

Public sources describe Hamilton and the wider region as a busy corridor for leisure agencies serving sun destinations, Europe, and all-inclusive product lines (see e.g. regional travel directory listings for Hamilton-area agencies). We align our product mix with those proven demand patterns while tailoring each file to your dates, budget, and mobility needs.

02 · PROMISE

Three things we obsess over

Peak travel is competitive: seats, rooms, and rental cars disappear fast. Our workflow is built around holding options, deposit schedules, and document deadlines so you are not caught off-guard at check-in.

Timing

We flag supplier payment dates, final-name deadlines for cruises, and eTA / passport validity for Canada entry rules.

Fit

Family rooms, connecting flights, kosher/halal/vegan meal requests, and accessible ground transport—captured up front.

Backup

When weather or strikes disrupt a sector, we activate alternate routings using partner contracts where available.

03 · SEASONS

When Ontario travels hardest

Industry commentary routinely highlights March break, July–August, and Christmas–New Year as the busiest outbound windows from Central Canada. Ski product peaks from late December through March; “shoulder season” Europe can offer value in April–May and September.

We monitor seat sales from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop (YTZ), plus Buffalo (BUF) when US fares unlock better value—always with a clear border-crossing plan.

Aircraft wing above clouds

For inbound guests, the Government of Canada publishes electronic travel authorisation (eTA) rules for visa-exempt foreign nationals flying to Canada— we remind every traveller to verify status before ticketing.

  • Domestic: Vancouver Island, Maritimes fly-drive, Northern lights (seasonal)
  • US: NYC, Florida beaches, national parks, Las Vegas conferences
  • Sun: Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Cancún, Cuba (where permitted)
04 · CORPORATE

Corporate information

Bookings are documented under written terms, supplier invoices, and—where applicable—Ontario travel retail disclosure requirements (including registration with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) when selling travel as a registrant). If your itinerary requires registration-specific paperwork, we provide it before you pay.

05 · SUN

All-inclusive resorts & beach weeks

We package air + hotel + transfers with tour operators that carry financial protection suitable for Ontario consumers. Room categories, non-stop vs. one-stop, and child pricing are compared side-by-side before you commit.

06

Caribbean & Central America

Hurricane-season travel calls for flexible tickets and travel insurance with trip interruption coverage—we walk through policy wordings at a high level and refer complex medical questions to licensed brokers.

07

Mexico & adventure add-ons

Cenotes, ruins day trips, and catamaran sails can be pre-booked to avoid resort upsell pressure. We align activities with departure times and jet-lag recovery.

08

Rockies ski & mountain lodges

Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, and interior BC resorts during high season require early lift-ticket bundles and rental reservations. We coordinate Calgary or Edmonton gateway flights with ground shuttles.

09

City breaks & rail

Toronto–Montréal–Québec VIA corridors, Northeast US Amtrak connections, and London/Paris via alliance carriers—built as open-jaw or multi-city when it saves time.

10

Groups, weddings & incentives

Room blocks, welcome-dinner venues, and spouse programmes for corporate retreats. We produce a single master invoice for the organiser where suppliers allow.

11

Insurance & cabin upgrades

We explain the difference between carrier-imposed charges and optional insurance, and we document “cancel for any reason” windows when products exist. Final insurance purchase is always your decision.

12

Ocean & river cruises

Early booking promotions, onboard credit, and dining packages—we match sailing dates to school calendars and passport expiry rules (many countries require six months’ validity).

13 · PROCESS

How booking works

  1. Discovery call — Dates, budget, airports, special needs.
  2. Proposal — Two or three priced options with full fare rules.
  3. Deposit — Supplier deposits and credit-card authorization forms.
  4. Documents — e-tickets, eTA/ESTA reminders, insurance offer.
  5. Departure — 24-hour check-in nudges and emergency line.
14 · TRIP BUILDER

Pick your lens

Each tab changes how we prioritise flights, hotels, and insurance.

Connecting rooms, kids’ clubs, early seat selection, and car seats for airport transfers.

Changeable fares, loyalty numbers, VAT receipts, and quiet hotels with meeting space.

Adults-only wings, dinner reservations, spa credits, and late checkout requests.

Single supplements, hostel vs. hotel trade-offs, and safe neighbourhood notes.

15 · ONTARIO & PRIVACY

Consumer protection & data

Ontario’s travel industry is overseen by TICO, which maintains a public registry of travel retailers and wholesalers and sets compensation-fund rules for eligible bookings. We follow PIPEDA-aligned practices for Canadian personal data: collect what we need for ticketing, restrict internal access, and retain booking records as required by law and suppliers.

16 · WHY US

Independent, not anonymous

You work with a named consultant—PASHINYAN NIKOL—not a black-box call centre. We document every fare rule change in email so you have an audit trail if schedules move.

17 · BEFORE YOU FLY

Checklist we send every traveller

Documents

Passport validity, eTA or visa, proof of vaccination where still requested by carriers, travel insurance policy number, hotel voucher PDF offline copy, and emergency contact card.

Money

Notify your bank of travel dates; carry two cards; understand foreign cash limits.

18 · NOTES

From the desk (examples)

Example: A March-break family of four saved a full day by switching to a Tuesday YYZ departure with one fewer connection—same resort, lower total trip time.

Example: A corporate team needed YYZ–LHR with flexible return; we priced refundable vs. change-penalty fares and showed the break-even in CAD.

19 · QUALITY

How we measure success

Internally we track proposal turnaround time, schedule-change handling within two hours on business days, and post-trip feedback. Published “star ratings” are illustrative only.

Response

Same-day acknowledgement for new enquiries when received before 3:00 p.m. ET.

Clarity

Every quote lists taxes, carrier surcharges, and non-refundable segments explicitly.

Follow-through

Seat assignments and meal codes re-checked after airline equipment swaps.

20 · SUPPLIERS

Global distribution & tour partners

We ticket through accredited channels (ARC/BSP-style settlement relationships as applicable) and maintain direct logins with major tour operators and cruise lines. Supplier names are shared per itinerary for your records.

21 · FEES

Fees & deposits

Professional service fees cover research, changes within scope, and after-hours emergency coordination. Airline-imposed change fees and fare differences pass through at cost. A written fee schedule is emailed before you authorize payment.

22

Corporate accounts

Hamilton-area SMEs can open a monthly billing arrangement for recurring routes (e.g. YYZ–YYC rotation) subject to credit approval and minimum volume.

23

Careers

We hire home-based after-hours coordinators and junior consultants working toward TICO certification. Send CV and availability to our email below.

24

Agent training

Occasional lunch-and-learn sessions for community groups on “how to read a fare basis” and “when cruise deposits are non-refundable.”

25

Media

Press enquiries about Ontario travel trends: email with deadline and angle. We do not comment on live supplier negotiations.
